
Lotte van Dijk

Lotte van Dijk studied Art History at Leiden University and obtained her master’s degree with a specialization in the Dutch Golden Age. During her studies, she focused on seventeenth century painting, with particular attention to artists such as Rembrandt van Rijn and Johannes Vermeer.
In addition to her academic education, Lotte completed further training in museology and heritage studies, where she developed expertise in collection management, visual analysis, and cultural historical research. This combination of academic knowledge and practical experience gives her a broad and in depth perspective on art and cultural heritage.
With more than ten years of experience as an academic editor and researcher, Lotte supports students in formulating strong research questions, analyzing visual and historical sources, and writing well structured academic texts.
